Duba Bridge Terms of Use and License (EULA)

Your account has been created. Before entering the club for the first time you must read and accept this agreement. If you decline, you cannot enter as a member.
1. Acceptance and license
By selecting Accept and enter you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. The accepted version, date and language are saved with your account. Acceptance will be requested again when a new version requires it.
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Duba Bridge under these terms. Ownership of its code, design, brand and assets is not transferred.
2. Your account
Provide valid information, protect your credentials and report suspected misuse. You must have legal capacity to accept this agreement or the authorization required by applicable law. Visitor mode does not enable members’ chat or social features.
3. Prohibited content and fair play
Objectionable content and abusive users are not tolerated. Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, explicit sexual content, child exploitation, scams, spam, impersonation, unauthorized disclosure of others’ data and illegal or infringing content are prohibited.
These rules apply to names, profiles, photos and messages. Cheating, collusion, unauthorized access to hidden cards and actions intended to manipulate games or harm other players are prohibited.
4. Reports and blocking
You can report users or content and block users through club features. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend or close accounts. Review may combine automated filters and administrative attention. Request a review of a decision at contacto@dubabridge.cl.
5. Your content
You retain your rights in your contributions. You authorize Duba Bridge to host, deliver and process them to provide the requested features, including translation and moderation described in the privacy policy. Only share content you have the right to use.
6. Privacy and permissions
Your data is processed under the Duba Bridge Privacy Policy. The camera or photo picker is used when you choose a profile image. Manage permissions in device settings. Accepting this agreement does not replace specific consents where required.
7. Availability and responsibility
Access is currently free. Points and results do not represent money, bets or redeemable prizes. Robots are automated players and do not guarantee optimal play.
An internet connection is required. Maintenance or incidents may interrupt access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Mandatory statutory warranties and liabilities are not excluded.
8. Account deletion
Stop using the service and delete your account in Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent; shared games may remain without identifying you. For help contact contacto@dubabridge.cl.
9. App Store and Google Play
Follow the applicable store and connection-provider terms. On iOS, Apple’s standard EULA also applies unless the App Store listing specifies a custom license. This agreement supplements the club rules and does not replace that license. Duba Bridge handles service support.
10. Changes, governing law and contact
Updates will be published with their date and version. This agreement is interpreted under Chilean law while respecting the mandatory protections and competent courts available to you. Send questions or complaints to contacto@dubabridge.cl.
